Creating a Phone Service Request
To create a service request and bid while on the phone with a customer begin by selecting “Log Phone Calls” from the side menu.

After “Create Service Request” has been selected from the “Log Phone Calls” screen the services offered will appear.
To select the applicable service for the customer, type the name of the service the customer has called about into the field below “Service Name.” The services that match the search will be displayed. If the searched service is visible, press “Create” to the right of the service and the journey template for that service will appear.
