Learn more about the VIN Lookup Question and how to add them to a journey template
What is the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Lookup Question?
A VIN Lookup Question is a specialized question within the Journey Template designed to gather customer Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) and facilitate the search for auto glass parts and accessories.
This question functions differently in the BidClips provider portal (user-side) compared to the BidClips widget (customer-side). In the provider portal, users can input a VIN along with selecting a Glass Type, which currently includes options for either Windshield or Back Glass. After entering the VIN and choosing a Glass Type, users can initiate a search for relevant auto glass parts and accessories.
On the customer side, within the BidClips widget, customers can enter their VIN; however, the actual lookup capability is restricted to the provider portal.
