      How to cancel a job

      If you or your customer accidentally books a job, you can now VOID the job and keep all Service Request & Bid data intact.

      How to cancel a job

      • Navigate to the job you want to cancel
      • Set the status to canceled
      • Click 'Save'
      • Add a cancellation reason
      • Click 'Yes, Go Ahead and Cancel'

      Note: Canceling the job will reopen all associated bids and service requests. This will allow the customer to rebook. If you want to permanently cancel all bids and service requests, see this article.
